Learn how to create and submit your artistic interpretation of “I Belong!” for each of the six categories below

Dear River Vale Families,

The River Vale PTA is thrilled to kick off the 2026–2027 PTA Reflections Program with this year's theme: "What My Culture Means to Me." This nationwide arts program invites students in Pre-K through 12th grade to creatively explore what their culture means to them across six categories: visual arts, music composition, literature, photography, dance choreography, and film production. Each entry gives our children a chance to share their story in their own voice. You can learn more about this year's theme here.

All entries are due by Friday, November 25 2026.

You’ll find all the information you need on this website, including more videos about the Reflections program, entry forms, requirements, category descriptions, and FAQs. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us at RVPTAreflections@gmail.com.

We can't wait to see the incredible art, stories, and performances your children will share this year. Let's make this another year to remember!

Warmly,

Jen Haggerty, Lauren Ashrafi, & Stephanie Aud
